Cancellation Policy

To Make an Appointment MISSED APPOINTMENTS/NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION FEES – 50% OF THE COST OF SERVICE Please understand we respect the time and schedules of all of our clients. We strive to maintain professionalism by providing quality as well as timely service. In consideration for all of our clients, we require that everyone be on time and adhere to the above mentioned fees. Appointments must be secured with a credit card and cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. All fees will be enforced. *Note: Above prices are subject to change. Thank you, We appreciate your business. To Make an Appointment We offer one-on-one styling consultations. This consultation is complimentary and used to discuss styling options and answer additional questions before scheduling an appointment. Extensive in-depth consultations are $40. To schedule an appointment, call the salon at 405-819-6373. Please be mindful of our cancellation policy. We require at least 24 hour notice if you will not be able to make your appointment. All missed or late cancellations will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by phone only. Prepare for Your Appointment Twist It Sistah offers complimentary shampoo and condition for your initial style. After that, there is a $30 fee for shampoo and conditioning services. If you require braid removal please let us know when making your appointment. This service requires more time and additional fees. If your hair is not fully combed out there will be additional fees. You are not allowed to remove your braids/twists/weaves on the premises of Twist It Sistah . This must be done prior to arriving to the salon. Combing out your hair properly or removing styles is a time consuming process that will extend the time that we have already booked for you. Please be realistic about your needs when booking your appointment. For styles that require hair (human or synthetic), the price is not included in the price of your hairstyle. Please inquire about the type of hair that should be purchased for your style and purchase hair in advance. Policy on Children We accept children as clients at Twist It Sistah, however, we ask that your child be at least 3 years old and have the maturity to sit long enough to have their hair serviced. We require that you accompany children under 12 years old while they are having their hair serviced. In the event that your child is not able to tolerate having their hair done, we will be forced to discontinue their services We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
